  • The differences between HS720 and HS720E

    HS720E is an upgrade of the HS720 drone. The 720E comes with an EIS (Electric Image Stabilization), which makes the video smoother when shooting.

  • Is the battery of HS720E and HS720 universal?

    Their batteries are universal. But not for HS720G.

  • Is the HS720E drone suitable for beginners?

    Yes, it has safe GPS return, safe beginner range, easy operation of transmitter and app, and it has more clear image for beginners to create aerial visual works.

  • HS720E drone maximum range of Follow Me?

    The follow-me control range is between 5(16 feet) and 30 meters (95 feet). (outdoors and unobstructed)

  • How far can the HS720E fly?

    As for this model, the max transmitter controlling distance of the drone is about 999 meters (3277 feet), max control height is 120 meters (394 feet).
Usual Flying FAQ

  • Why no headless mode but headless mode icon?

    Headless mode icon (this one does not have headless mode function on the controller) : when the drone enters the compass calibration and gyroscope calibration, headless mode icon will appear. The significance of this icon is: compass calibration status indicator, which is a normal phenomenon.

  • Whether you must use a remote control?

    Please note it that you have to use remote controller to control the drone because there is no joysticks in the APP. And if you don't open the APP during flight, some functions of this drone can not be used, such as way point flight, follow me and point of interest flight.

  • Can this still work with 4G network?

    The cellular network capability (ie: 4G vs 5G) has no impact on drone. The 5Ghz wifi signal is from HS720E. Old cell phones WiFi connect at 2.4 GHz while all(?) smart phones in the US can connect with other devices at both 2.4 or 5 GHz.

  • Will this work in an area where there is no cell service/internet available?

    It should. Considering the mountains may impact the GPS. You may have to initialize it in an open field, so it can find satellites.
