Fast Charging

Smart Sequential Charging with QC & PD Support

Insert the batteries into the charging hub and connect it through the USB-C input port. With support for 5–12V input, Max. 2A, QC & PD, the hub charges batteries one by one in order from higher power level to lower power level.

During charging, the status LED flashes red slowly, and each battery shows its own power level. The shortest charging time is about 110 minutes per battery, helping you recharge efficiently and get ready for the next flight.

Power Bank

Charge Your Phone or Remote via USB-C Output

The charging hub can also work as a portable power bank for external devices such as a remote controller or mobile phone. Insert a battery, power it on, connect your device to the hub’s output port, and press the mode button once to start external discharge.

The status LED flashes blue slowly in this mode. The hub outputs through USB-C 5V/1A, making it a practical backup power solution when you are outdoors.

Power Accumulation

Consolidate Remaining Power into One Battery

When more than one battery is inserted, the hub can transfer power between batteries through Power Accumulation mode. After turning on the batteries, press and hold the mode button until the status LED turns red to begin the process.

This function helps gather remaining power into one battery for more practical use, making battery management more flexible before your next flight session.

Masterful Shot Modes for Every Occasion

Explore a versatile set of intelligent flight modes designed to make aerial shooting more dynamic, expressive, and easier to control.

Fly in an open area with enough surrounding space, keep the subject clearly visible, and avoid obstacles for the best results.

Orbit & Reveal

Point of Interest & Spiral Up

Create smooth orbit shots and upward reveals with guided automated flight.

Notes

Point of Interest records the current position as the subject point and circles it automatically clockwise. Spiral Up ascends while circling the subject to reveal more of the surrounding scene.

Best used in open space with a clearly defined subject. Tap the function icon again or move the right joystick at any time to exit.

Path Control

Tap Fly

Draw a route on the screen and let the drone follow it automatically.

Notes

Enlarge the map before drawing the path, then tap up to 16 points to create the route. The drone flies along the connected path for easier planned movement.

Avoid people, animals, branches, power lines, glass, and water. Tap the icon again or move the right joystick to exit.

Hands-Free Capture

Gesture Selfie & Time-lapse

Trigger shots with simple gestures or capture changing scenes with time-lapse recording.

Notes

In Gesture Selfie mode, use a “V” sign for photos or raise your palm for video, making sure the camera is pointed toward you.

For Time-lapse, choose the playback speed in the app, then tap the shutter icon to start and stop recording.

Quick Reveal

One-key Ascension & Catapult

Create dramatic pull-away and rising reveal shots automatically in one tap.

Notes

One-key Ascension lifts the drone upward while recording, while Catapult flies backward away from the subject to build a stronger reveal effect.

Best used with a clearly defined subject and enough open space. Tap the icon again or move the right joystick at any time to exit.

HS790, Your Step-up Aerial Partner FAQ

Troubleshooting

Why won’t the motors start or unlock?

The drone may not have sufficient GPS signal or is being used indoors, which prevents motor unlocking in GPS mode.

Move to an open outdoor area and wait until the app shows “Ready to fly.” Indoor flight requires switching to ATTI mode.

Compass interference or ongoing calibration may also block unlocking.

Recalibrate the compass in an open area away from metal objects, vehicles, or power lines.

Why is the gimbal not working or stabilizing?

The gimbal cover may still be attached or the drone is not placed on a level surface.

Remove the gimbal cover before powering on and place the drone on a flat surface during startup.

Calibration processes may temporarily disable gimbal movement.

Wait until initialization is complete or perform gyro calibration if needed.

Why is the drone drifting or flying unstably?

Weak GPS signal, compass interference, or damaged propellers may affect flight stability.

Fly in open areas and avoid interference sources such as buildings or power lines.

The optical flow system may also be affected by lighting or surface texture.

Ensure adequate lighting and avoid reflective or textureless surfaces during flight.

Why is the live video feed lagging or the range limited?

Signal interference, incorrect antenna direction, or long distance may reduce transmission quality.

Keep the flat side of the transmitter antennas facing the drone and maintain a clear line of sight.

Mobile device performance may also impact video smoothness.

Close background apps and avoid aggressive control inputs during flight.

Why can’t the app connect or display live view?

The connection sequence may be incorrect or the cable is not properly connected.

Power on the transmitter first, then the drone, reconnect the cable, and reopen the app.

System permissions may block the connection.

Enable all required permissions in the app and confirm device authorization (e.g., “Trust” on iPhone).

Why doesn’t Return-to-Home (RTH) work properly?

RTH requires a strong GPS signal, a recorded Home Point, and no compass interference.

Wait until the drone shows “Ready to fly” and confirms the Home Point before takeoff.

RTH will not function correctly in weak GPS conditions and does not avoid obstacles.

Always monitor surroundings and avoid flying in complex environments during return.

Why is the battery not charging or charging slowly?

Charging may fail if the battery is too hot after flight or if a non-original cable is used.

Allow the battery to cool down before charging and use the original USB cable or a compatible adapter.

Charging time varies depending on the power source.

Fast charging can take approximately 110 minutes under optimal conditions.
