Why can't the gimbal be adjusted?
- The gimbal protection is activated because the gimbal cover was not removed.
→ Ensure the gimbal cover is removed before powering on.
- The drone is not placed on a level surface.
→ Place the drone on a level surface before turning it on and wait for the gimbal to complete its self-check.
- The drone is in compass calibration mode.
→ The gimbal does not function during compass calibration. After calibration, place the drone on a level surface and wait for the gimbal to stabilize and re-center.
- The drone is placed on uneven ground (e.g., grass or sand).
→ Position the drone levelly on a landing pad or move to a flat surface. Make sure there is space beneath the gimbal and no obstacles that could affect stabilization.
Why is the drone flying unstably or showing abnormal posture?
- GPS signal instability due to flying near buildings or obstructions.
→ Operate the drone in open areas free from obstructions.
- Compass interference.
→ 1. Manually land the drone and recalibrate the compass.
→ 2. Try flying in a different location away from buildings, power lines, and towers.
- Propellers are deformed or damaged.
→ Replace with new propellers.
Why is there video lag or limited transmission range?
- Signal interference from buildings, towers, or power lines.
→ Fly in open areas away from potential obstructions to reduce interference.
- Transmitter and mobile device are not properly aligned with the drone.
→ Ensure they are facing the drone’s direction to improve signal strength.
- Aggressive joystick movement during flight.
→ Use slow and steady joystick controls to maintain stable transmission.
- Phone is running background apps or having performance issues.
→ Close unused apps to optimize device performance during flight.
