Great drone for beginners!

The drone was a gift for my son. It was extremely easy to set up and he was able to pick up the controls very easily. The drone is also easily enough to control and easy enough to get up into the air and do tricks. Overall a very good product, especially if you don't have any experience with flying things.

I have no real experience with drones of any kind but wanted to get something lower cost that I wouldn't worry too much about losing or breaking before I went all out on an expensive one. This one great right out of the box. A quick flip through the instructions and you get the basics pretty quick. Took me a few minutes to figure out how to pair the camera to my phone but after that it was smooth sailing. I crashed it once and had to use one of the replacement blades to get it going again, but that was an easy fix too with the screwdriver supplied. I did notice it was actually easier to fly when tuned to the "expert" mode. The "beginner" mode keeps it almost too level and it's hard to get it to fly where you want, especially if you're fighting a light breeze. I would recommend this for anyone looking to get a taste of flying drones.

I got the F181W drone for my daughter for her to be able to learn how to fly a drone (because its not as easy as it looks on TV!). It is a good reliable drone that is simple enough to control and maneuver. Be sure to follow the instructions on trimming, as the drone has the tendency to drift a bit after takeoff. It is very light, so you may not want to fly it in windy conditions. The camera is good quality and the app is simple to use. The drone comes with 2 batteries, each lasts approximately 20 minutes. One key component to the drone is the blade guards and landing gear. These are extremely important in protecting the body of the drone, especially when first learning how to fly.

This is a good drone for beginners. It flies well. The pictures and videos are good too. Although my son and I have decided that it is best if one person flies the drone while another person takes the pictures. The company has excellent customer service. Over all good value and good drone.

The best past time you can invest in! This drone is perfect for beginners or moderate hobbyist looking to fly a fun line of sight drone with a great 8-10 minutes of flight. The propeller guards help bounce off of small objects and avoid damage to the propellers. We don’t really use the camera because I personally like the line of sight better to go around trees in the front of yard. Great for kids and adults who want to get into the hobby!!
