We liked this drone for the first few times we flew it despite the poor battery life. Until one day when it kept going higher and higher and then just flew away. We couldn’t get any of the buttons to work (even though all batteries were full) and now our drone is lost somewhere. I saw a few reviews that claimed the same thing, but I thought that wouldn’t happen to us. Trust me, do not waste your money on this drone!

It is for a beginner but definitely not easy to use. It was so hard to control and so hard to work with that even a moderate wind can push it over and whack it over the wall when i was playing with it outside. And every single time i had to put back the wings coz it keeps on falling off even the slightest hit from the wall. It doesn't fly high either. I am 6"1' and it barely reach my height.

Very fun and enjoyed what little time I had before one of the motors quit working . Less than two hours total flight time before losing a motor .

I liked everything except the battery life two batteries but they only last about 15 minutes before they need recharging

I bought the drone on amazon's recommendation. The drone is easy to fly because of the altitude hold function. The problem with the system is customer support and battery life. Only one battery comes with the drone. The battery makes the drone impractical. The battery lasts less than 8 minutes then it takes 120 minutes to recharge. Holy Stone's video shows a person testing the drone using four batteries and a four battery charger when I asked customer service about that Holy Stone said the charger and the batteries aren't available! You need several charged batteries in order to get sufficient flight time. Holy Stone says there are no batteries available for purchase or replacement but in two weeks batteries will be available. Since, I've contacted Holy Stone four times and have been given the same story. My grandson has lost interest and Holy Stone has lost two customers.
