I purchased this product as a drone beginner . I have never flown a drone before but I have to say that this product is very easy to fly and is easy to learn how to control . The device has propellor guards which also help balance the drone in high winds and prevent crashes for new users. I bought this drone for photography and the camera is very crisp and clear. I like that it has a gps feature to return to you if it gets out of range and the follow me feature which hovers and follows you as you walk . Make sure you have more than one battery for maximum flying time.

This done is easy to set up and fly. Invest couple of minutes to read the instructions manual.
For a beginner drone I couldn't ask for more.

Please be cautious not to fly this indoor as I did try out and ended up crashing not once but thrice.
Make sure I'll are in an open area away from WiFi connections of homes, buildings etc.. they interfere big time.

The drone arrived the next day, even though I ordered it during Amazon's busy Prime day sale! I was extremely pleased with the shipping, however, it arrived with no instructions or literature. Luckily, holy stone has instructions on its website. One of the small screwdrivers broke during assembly and while holy stone responded to my email within 12 hours, they do not have that item available for shipment. That said, they are working on shipping out a replacement package. I will update if this doesn't work out.

Once assembled, the drone was fairly easy to pair with the phone, calibrated and fly. The flashing light signals on where it is at in calibration may be a little confusing, however it's status is displayed in the app on your phone. This makes it much easier than looking up what the flashes mean. Once calibrated, a single button and we were flying! Even in a fairly stiff breeze, the drone tilted into the wind to hold its place and not drift. I am very pleased with its performance. The follow me option wouldn't work at first due to "weak gps signal." After flying a little more, we tried again and the follow me function worked nicely. Still playing around in beginner mode, but so far, this drone has been really easy to operate. I'm not too sure the camera is going to make me believe it is hd, but i have only viewed it on my phone this far. That said, it doesn't look the sharpest. Plenty good for landscape pics.

Overall, very satisfied. Especially considering it was a prime day deal!

Easy to assemble, some skill required. First flight was flawless. Check out my first ever drone pictures and video. Purchased this from the great prime day deal I was looking for. The pictures turned out perfect for facebook.

I always wanted a drone, but was very afraid that whatever I spent would be a waste because I would crash the thing right after putting into use. Well the Holy Stone was well worth it and better yet I haven’t even come close to crashing it. I’ve never used a drone and have limited gaming controller experience but I found this device to be easy to use and with the home button there is always a safety net. Better than all the ease of flying is the quality images taken both with video and still photography. I attached a picture I took on the very first time I put the Holy Stone into the air.
