My first drone. A little nervous at first but Holy Stone nailed it. 1-button lift off is the key. The "Return Home" function is a necessity for me because I live around so much water. The construction is very durable, do not let the weight of the drone fool you. I signed mine up with the FAA, EASY PEASY, $5. My friends and family love the pictures and video the HS-100 has produced. For years i have loved taking my pictures and videos and making "Home Movies" with audio and special effects. This puppy is the icing on the cake. The one and only dissatisfaction i found was putting on the propellers. It was like threading through an eye of a needle. I have huge, fat sausages for fingers, it wasn't easy but I did it. Great product, great entertainment.

Was very easy to use and fun to fly. I love the home button. It’s easier than you would think to lose it. But just hit the home button and be patient and pretty soon here it comes and makes a nice soft landing all by itself. It’s doesn’t have a huge range and part of that could be my phone (it’s old) but for buzzing around the area it is a blast! I was very impressed on how easy it is to operate. Auto take off, auto land make it idiot proof. Just turn on the drone, turn on the remote, connect phone to drone WiFi and once GPS is connected you are off and flying. Video was good, for the money this is a great drone. Fun, easy and well priced. What more could you ask for.

Great drone! I’m glad I bought it! Flies great, and the app makes videography with an iPhone super easy to capture and share instantly. Customer service is exceptional! They even sent me a couple free batteries and spare propellers and propeller guards!

This Holy Stone drone was very easy to setup and I quickly began to fly.
The instruction manual was relatively easy to follow and the app is quite good as well.
I've included some stills we took of a home under construction. The reviews are very good too.
Good value for price. The newer iterations have the higher resolution cameras which take this drone to a new level of cool.

Such a great drone. Was really concerned how hard it was to fly but seriously had it up and running in about 15 minutes. Was a little concerned it would be hard to fly but had no issues. Would highly recommend.

When you first unpack, be sure to look under the foam box - that's where you'll find the propellers! Mounting the propellers on the motors takes a steady hand and good eyesight, but the right tools are provided in the box. It's worth the time to read the instructions fully before taking your first flight ... not just the flight controls (up, down, left, right, forward, backward, ...), but the extra goodies like speed control, camera control, follow me, and calibrations. Then go out and have a blast.
The GPS return to home is very accurate based on my experience, as is the automatic return if power is low. This went a LONG way to reducing my anxiety about losing or crashing my drone on the first flight. Also, their customer service is excellent. I had a question about the camera control, and they answered within 1 day.
I would suggest getting a second battery to double your enjoyment
