Fun, Agile, Sporty Drone -- Nice Photos, Easy-to-Use App

I’ve flown many Holy Stone drones. What stood out to me about this one: it’s a fun, agile, sporty flyer. It’s fast! It also turns well. The video feed is nice, smooth, and doesn’t lag. The drone itself is small and lightweight, and comes in a cool gray color. The photos are nice, and I attached a sample.

Holy Stone has also updated the app. Preparing the drone for flight is much easier, and the app includes a walk-through checklist of sorts. With this function, the gyro and compass are easily calibrated following the on-screen instructions. The app also includes the helpful flight information that you’d expect, such as altitude.

The drone comes packaged with 2 batteries, replacement parts, and a compact carrying case. The batteries charge quickly, and provide plenty of flight time. This drone is a lot fun, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a capable entry level drone!

I was amazed by the GPS capability, as I only owned drones without GPS and flying on a windy day is always a challenge, and with this one, its a breeze, it's actually quite interesting seeing it trying to be fix on a spot, and it does quite well.
The camera is also something really good, and I didn't expect to be able to remotely control the camera angle, witch is really nice.
Build quality is above the price range for sure, and the case is just perfect to carry everything around.

Let me clarify, for beginners, this is a 5 star drone in my opinion. The footage I captured was crystal clear on playback. I love being able to adjust the direction of the camera straight from the controller. I love how it doesnt take batteries and the come home feature is a hoot to witness. Just click the button and watch your drone find its way home is pretty remarkable. I own many drones and none of them perform like this model. Decide for yourself but this is an excellent drone!! If they extend the battery life I will update my review but even then it's still a 5 star drone in my opion!! Will recommend!

I’m really pleased with this drone. It came in a nice case. It’s took me a couple times to get it to fly, but there was nothing wrong with the drone. I flew it in almost no wind it responder well to my commands. It has a nice HD camera in it and takes good pictures. I highly recommend this drone. Good for beginners and experienced fliers as well. The battery life is a longer than some drones about 18 minutes. It’s stable during flight.

Great stability and control! The ability to control this drone is amazing for a full sized drone. I have several and even have a smaller drone specifically for flying indoors. But this HS175 is just as stable and easy to control inside as outside. Keep in mind it is a approximately 14x11 when unfolded for flight. So I am not recommending beginners to fly around the house due to the size. But the controllability is that good. The adjustable camera allows for forward or straight view changes. It has two speeds and the trim is very easy to use for perfect balance. Very nice and compact carrying case for storing or transporting your drone when arms are folded in. Great drone for beginners and intermediate users.
