Really hard to use I really make me upset because I have no work and Really was a misision to buy it for my son and all my sacrifice for make my kids upset sks!!

This was a gift to my great grandson in another state. He was really happy with it. Unfortunately, his dad, an computer & software engineer, checked it out thoroughly & reported to me that "it did not pair" and he thought it was "damaged/manufacturing error". I really regret this as my great grandson was thrilled with the drone. Now I don't know weather to shop for a different manufacturer or just forget it. I sent forward the email & return info you sent me to my granddaughter so they could return the drone.

It was gift for my son (10 years old). After 4 using there was broken one of the motors and we can’t use drone anymore. I’m so disappointed.

Very difficult to calibrate. Not for beginners. Only good thing is the camera

I had a basic Snaptain drone as a beginner unit, had a lot of fun with it until one motor failed. No response from Snaptain, so that went back for an Amazon refund. I thought I would step up to a GPS drone, and picked this Holy Stone model.Pros:Comes in a very nice portable pack, really liked that!Spare BatteryCons:No blade guards. Lots of trees in the area.Setting up the calibration steps was time consuming, but maybe that's the nature of GPS drones.Batteries must be installed in the drone to charge, not very convenientNavigation lights were too dim to see, even in evening twilight. This was a deal-killer, as it made navigation very difficult.GPS operation was very erratic, drone would be responding to the controller, then take off in a random direction at high speed. This was also a deal-killer. Attempting to hover, the drone would drift or circle / spiral, very unstable.I didn't use the camera features or phone app, as I did not feel I could safely fly this drone.The Holy Stone is on it's way back, my replacement Snaptain 500 looks like a winner.

The wifi and camera quit working. I tried to talk to the company but they were no help. They wanted me to shoot a video when I was trying to use my phone to connect to their product. Very confusing.....then they wanted me to post a video to YouTube. I need 2 phones to do what they were asking. I took two pictures and the phone list connection from then on. Do. Not buy this piece of junk!!
