I’m only writing a review because I absolutely loved this camera drone, and I love Holy Stone and their customer service, so I feel like they deserve a good review for their quality products and quality service they provide.

Second drone ive had with a camera, the first one was a cheap on i got from a hobby store and it felt like it was made of cheap dollar store plastic. But this drone is different, its made really well and is durable because i dropped it a couple times already and survived. It flies and stays in place really really well, has good battery life of about 12 min, and the camera is actually usable. It also goes up really high and the lights on the bottom make it easy to see where its at. The packaging is also amazing, its so neat and well put together with enough extra stuff. Overall a good quality drone that I will probably keep until it dies on me.

Get this Flyer.. You won't regret it

Ok.. First off Holy Stone makes excellent drones.. In other words I have flew a few.. This Hs110d is a super flyer.. Excellent response and its quick.. 3 and 4 speed really has a punch.. Nice new upgrade for the battery.. Its shown in my video with everything else included. Five stars.. Def recommend

I would like to submit a review of this great drone! I received HS100 as a gift for my birthday two weeks ago and I liked it so much I decided to order similar one but little cheaper that I can practice on and bit faster and I love it!

Keep in mind I only had it for about 4 days and previous drone for two weeks, before that I didn’t have any experience with drones. This drone is soooo much easy to fly for beginners. It has altitude hold, which will keep drone on same level, but since drone is so light, it will move drone left/right even with light breeze. So you always gotta be aware where is drone at and never take away finger from right stick. However, this little drone is quiet fast and reacts fast to the commands. As you could see in the video I was pretty close to the trees and wasn’t worried about it. I did however had couple close calls though lol

In terms of the drone itself. It’s 1/3 of the size of HS100, it is not as stable as HS100 since it doesn’t have GPS, which helps drone to stay in same position and resist the wind. It does have non adjustable camera, which personally I would only use for FPV rather than recording anything. For aerial recording, HS100 would be much better choice since it’s more stable, and camera can be adjusted.

Since this drone is more of speed flyer, I prefer to use remote control as you can see on the video, however Holy Stone provides phone app, that unlike HS100 can be used to control, since it has joysticks. However, in my opinion it’s redundant if you have remote control. However you do have this option. One cool thing about the app, it allows you to save video from the drone directly to the iPhone, or you can save it to the as card in the drones camera if you click on the button on the physical remote. However it’s super annoying since remote emits constant beeping when recording to SD card.

Remote control on its own is pretty amazing and in my option much better than what HS100 has. Since it shows you on which speed setting you are and if you are in headless mode, or normal and etc. It’s also pretty lightweight, so you are not tired if you use for too long(if you have multiple batteries for the drone). Overall it’s great remote control for you grade drone.

BATTERY LIFE! Usually when manufacturer give you estimated fly time, it’s usually way lower in real life. No joke, I got 8-10 minutes out of this drone while doing at least 3-6 flips. this drone rated for 10 minutes by manufacturer, I would say it’s pretty amazing and batteries are pretty cheap too. So you are in for some flight time.

Overall I’m super happy with this drone and the way it flies and how long it flies since changing batteries every 3-5 mins is super annoying... this drone DOES NOT disappoint you. If you are on the fence, hopefully this review and video helped you to change your mind.
