A good system for charging the battery along with good flight time make this a useful addition to anyone's RC Fleet.
The flight speed is a little bit lackluster for anyone who has experience with racing drones but it's definitely a good starting place for beginner or average pilots and I like how they move the motors up so it's harder for dust and hair from the floor to get in between the propellers.

Excellent drone for the price!
Operates on sensor mode or remote mode but I think the best is to combine them by using obstacle avoidance mode while using remote. The drone senses obstacles and flies away from them automatically. Really cool when you are practicing as you aren’t hitting anything that might down the drone.
I have a couple of the Holy Stone drones that have the “flip” trick which is pretty cool - see video.
The battery life is pretty short on this drone but they give you 3 batteries and two USB charging cords so you can sting together a couple of flights before having to wait for recharging.

The Holy Stone HS450 is a really good beginners drone or even someone that just wants a little drone to fly indoors. It's easy to control and seems durable too. I've crashed it a bunch of times when I get distracted by my kids and the worst thing that happened to it was just the blade guard came loose. It's a easy fix, just twist it back on. It's cool how you can launch it by slightly tossing it up and it hovers. I like how Holy Stone included 3 batteries. I get about 6-7 min fly time from each battery. I did use a marker to label each battery with a number so I could keep track of which one was depleted and which one is charged. I own two other drones and this one is my favorite so far.

I am impressed with this drone- the sensor mode works really well and comes with 3 batteries which gives a lot of flying time. It has remote as well. I love the battery slot which is best so far as compared to my other drones. For the price it is one of the best little drone that you can own. Even though it says 14+ age but my 6 year can use it easily. It has awesome functions if you want to have fun indoors as well. The manual explain all the functions very well. One precaution: be very careful when putting the charger in the battery slot, align it and then put it- don’t give it to kids to do it, you can easily break it if you are not careful.

This drone is awesome for beginners and children due to its durability. The obstacle avoidance feature is a plus that makes this drone perfect for beginners. In addition to that, it's packed with other great features that makes it fun and an absolute steal for the price. I especially enjoy the gesture control. I Highly recommend this drone!
