This is a pretty awesome little quadcopter. Love the 3 battery backs, and that fact it comes with 2 charging cords so you can charge the other two while you are using the other. The only down side is if your copter goes down there nothing really holding the battery from coming loose. I imagine over time I might have a problem with the batteries staying in place with wear, that’s why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. Over all very happy with the purchase.

I can’t give a full review honestly the product we received had a broken cover over the rotor. The rotor would catch on this piece. The kids didn’t tell me they just quit playing with it. The 3 batteries was a really nice touch and the concept of hand controlled was really fun. However the gestures worked 50% of the time. The remote worked okay but again hard to tell since the unit had a problem.

TL;DR: Skip this drone. Consider the HS210.GOOD THINGS- The batteries for this drone are fantastic. They're easy to put in and take out, and they charge with any micro-USB cable.- The drone is pretty durable. The propellor covers came off a few times, but they were easy to put back on. Otherwise this drone was fine crashing into just about anything in the house.- This drone can operate without a remote, which is pretty neat!BAD THINGS- The obstacle avoidance features don't work. If you turn it on the drone will just behave unpredictably.- The drone's hands free mode makes it confusing to determine if it's paired or not, especially for children. It also switched to hands free mode when you don't want it to.- The drone wouldn't lift more than a couple inches after a week, which is a pretty big deal.SUMMARYThe confusion over the drone being on remote mode vs hands free mode is a pretty big deal, as well as how quickly it died. I recommend looking elsewhere for your next drone. The HS210 is a great alternative if your intended audience is 7+ years old. Overall this drone gets 2 stars because I love its batteries.

Picture made it appear much bigger than it was. It never stayed in the air for long at all.

Haven't flown it yet, the instructions were such tiny print and in gray ink my eyes hurt like hell trying to read it. I'm transposing everything so I can read it we'll see then how the little thing flies. A person would have to be stupid to manufacture a drone with a non readable manual.
