I received my drone HS 100 very fast .... delivery was faster than expected ... then I tried my drone and it was great feeling ... I liked it... got some problems with my phone holder ... and the guys responded to me very quickly... and they will send my new remote .. thanks CAMILLE for great server ...so far so satisfied ...

Recently, I crashed my HS110 into the lake behind my house. As I needed a suggestion as to what model drone to purchase next, I called Holy Stone customer support and spoke with Libby. She suggested the HS100! This turned out to be a great suggestion. I LOVE this drone! It flies just as promised. Highlights include auto take off and land, super hovering, and the camera - WOW!! Love the gamble control and the resolution is outstanding. Holy Stone ROCKS!

After posting my review, Holy Stone reached out with me to verify the exact details. After a brief discussion, they took matters above customer service and replaced the item, as opposed to discrediting my input. The 5 stars relate to this, and also the overall experience with the drone. It is almost “stupid-proof”, almost. (You can’t fix stupid).

Regardless, thank you for the wonderful experience and attention to our unfortunate initial experience.

I would give a 5 star, but only if it didnt fall out of the sky. It says it will return if the battery goes low (automatically), but it dropped onto the concrete and more drone.

Prior to that, It is a great beginner intro unit. It will exceed expectations, but watch the battery and use the landing feature to avoid needless hard landings.

After doing research on the internet I selected the HS100 as my second drone. When I received the delivery I opened the box and began charging the battery for the drone and the controller. Everything was going smoothly until I attempted to turn on the remote, it would not turn on. I decided to leave it plugged in charging over night. This didn’t solve my issue, so I contacted Holy Stone by e-mail and left a message with their answering service. I received a prompt reply from Libby with Holy Stone. We exchanged e-mails to verify the exact problem. Once it was determined that the issue was the controller she committed to shipping me a replacement unit.

I was very pleased with the immediate and courteous response by Libby and I’m looking forward to getting my Drone airborne.

Update:
I received my replacement controller and tested it out. Everything worked perfect and the drone was fun to fly.

Again great customer service.

6/17/18 Update:
Last week I crashed my drone into a creek behind my house and it got wet.

I decided to replace it with another HS100 because I would have spare parts. I contacted Holy Stone to see if the sold the drone only. That wasn’t an option, but I was given a discount code that I think was a better option. I ordered the replacement system using the code on Friday 6/15/18. I was surprised when I was told it would deliver today (Fathers Day). Sure enough it arrived early this afternoon and included with what is advertised was also a notebook and a pouch for holding the battery while being charged. I think this is a good bonus.

I assembled the drone and took it out for a test spin. It flew great without any issue.

I am very pleased with the Customer Service and the product.

I am not an experienced drone flyer, but take a look at the video I shot on the first flight, in a cloudy day. The drone is easy to maneuver, with good picture and video quality, stable app with clear pictures on app, large-letter instruction book, strong motor and blades, battery is so much better than the toy drones with dangling charging ports. I had many toy drones, none lasted more than 3 days of using, so I say this is the one closest to a real drone. Advice to persons new to flying drones, you need to familiarize and practice the controls at low altitude, practice in open space, be patient, this is not a toy so start slow. I wished they could supply two batteries, the charge takes 3-4 hours per battery, and the flying time is about 10 minutes.
