Was fairly easy to learn controls. Arrived on time, and boxed up great. Had an issue with a hard landing on first day, and customer service were absolutely great with response and solution. Quality of photos could be better, and would be nice if an updated higher quality camera could be added.

The drone came well packaged and arrived intact. I used it. Wasn’t getting the battery time I was supposed to. I contacted customer service. They trouble shooted and now it flies like a dream. I would definitely recommend. I can’t find an affordable case for it and that’s my only negative

Very nice drone. It takes great video's and still shots. My husband was still getting used to it in the video. The camera angle can be adjusted so you don't see the bottom of the propellors. Operator error. We had an issue with the first battery, but they sent us a replacement immediately. No issues with that one. Then we had a hard landing and one of the motor kept giving us an error. Customer service again was phenomenal. Helped us work through the problem and the drone is up and flying again. My husband says it's easy to use. Calibrating it initially was a bit confusing, but we figured it out. Excellent drone and excellent customer service.

Instructions were simple to understand and easy to assemble. Had everything I needed. Battery life is 15 minutes. Long enough to capture what I want. Quick fly over of park, home or scenic area. Bought for my son's 16th birthday. He had no problem putting it together, setting up and flying. Its true that the screws that hold the propellers on are very small, but he figured it out. He was able to fly the drone without trouble pretty much right away, and managed to take some pretty nice photos of our little vineyard on harvest day, which was moderately windy. Really happy with this purchase.
